Mata kuliah ini mempelajari tentang teknologi konservasi hijaun, menaikkan kualitas hasil sisa tanaman pertanian (roughases) maupun pengolahan dan penyimpanan bahan pakan konsentrat baik konsentrat sumber energi maupun sumber protein.
