Faculty of Animal Science UGM Helps Students Affected By Covid-19

Faculty of Animal Science (FAS) UGM develops a mutual cooperation spirit in helping students affected by Covid-19. Covid-19 has had various impacts on students. FAS UGM Graduated 13 Masters and 3 Doctors

The Faculty of Animal Science (FAS) UGM graduated 13 masters and 3 doctors in the graduation period of May 2020. The average GPA of graduates for the master program was 3.8 and the doctoral program was 3.68.

Faculty of Animal Science UGM Empowers Women Farmers Groups Through Animal Husbandry Assistance

In the dry season, most regions experience drought. Likewise in several regions in Yogyakarta, especially in mountainous areas where the land is rain fed and there is no irrigation. At that time, farmers often experienced difficulties in fodder forage, because the availability began to decrease, so that the land could not be cultivated or just waiting for the last harvest, generally cassava and maize and new land management would be carried out before the rainy season.
