Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs of FAS UGM, Prof. Ir. Budi Guntoro, S.Pt., M.Sc., Ph.D., IPU expects that graduates of the Postgraduate Program apply their knowledge to the community so that it can be utilized and developed.
“The acceleration of industry in the livestock world is inevitable with extraordinary technology. Meanwhile, farmers’ technology is still simple so there is a gap between small farmers and the industry. This has become our common homework, especially in facing the vacancy of Indonesian workers in the middle level,” said Budi.
At the end of his speech, Budi hoped that the graduates who had been appointed as KAGAMA would maintain the good name of the alma mater and stay keep in touch. (Nadia)
