The Faculty of Animal Science at UGM remains committed to supporting water conservation and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), Goal 14 (Life Below Water), and Goal 15 (Life on Land). One tangible measure being implemented is the utilization of canal water and rainwater, alongside the application of “Reduce-Reuse-Recycle” principles in campus water management.
Nurma Diani Sekarsih, S.Pd., MBA., Head of the Administrative Office (KKA) at the Faculty, explained that this initiative is part of a strategy for sustainable natural resource management.
