Entering the 5th Batch, the Small Scale Commercial Cattle Farming Business Management Training was again held on 13 – 19 March 2023 at Eastparc Hotel Yogyakarta & Fave Hotel Kediri. This training was organized in collaboration with the UGM Faculty of Animal Science and the Indonesia-Australia Red Meat and Cattle Partnership and has been going on since 2015 and is still ongoing today.
The training program will be highly focused on equipping smallholders with the technical and financial aspects of livestock business management which will enable them to carry out commercial and profit-oriented livestock production. The outcomes of this training are to: improve the commercial aspects of smallholder livestock business operations through good management practices that lead to more profitable businesses.
The training was attended by 30 people consisting of livestock business actors. The facilitators who will deliver the material come from various groups, including lecturers, practitioners, financial institutions who are competent in their fields. (Secretariat/Prisil)
